It only takes 3-5 minutes on average, and it’s incredibly simple to do.

Instructions
Warm-up hands under warm water for a minute. Dry hands completely.
Sterilize with an alcohol pad & lance the side of your right finger on your non-dominant hand.
Collect 4-5 solid drops of blood in the center of the disk.
Let sit for 3 minutes.
Close, attach UPCs (as per the instruction manual), ensure the consent form is filled out properly with your email, place it with the device collection, and mail it back.

Be patient. You can gently “milk” your finger to coax blood but do so gently so as not to disrupt or break blood cells.
